So this is a study loaded with real bad advice. However, if you are part of the thinking group, you will realize that if you do the opposite what you find is a roadmap out of the haze of fear. So maybe you should do just the opposite of what you hear today. Are you scared yet? Don’t be – it will work out just fine.
Fear settles over our hearts like a haze that causes us not to be able to see things clearly. Once it sets in, it is tough to get rid of. The good news is that we don’t have to settle for living that way and our fear can fade. This study helps us overcome and conquer this thing called Fear.
