We kicked off the Rise Above series with an honest look at the greatest battle we all face – the war within ourselves. We discovered that the key to being a champion is discovering peace. Once you have peace you are then prepared to fight! But as champions we need to know what we carry into the fight. In this study we explore that very concept. The true champion knows that lesser opponents will depend upon bows and arrows but the weapon of a warrior that is truly a champion is wisdom. So get ready, we are plunging into a passage of Scripture that most people have never stopped to explore. On this day, the passage will no longer be invisible and what we see can change everything.

Preemptive Strike continues this week. We are discovering the power of our choices, in particular our pre-choices! Loyalty isn’t forged in the moment; it’s a decision made long before. In this study, we’ll explore the power of being steadfast and loyal to God, to others, and to the values we hold dear. If we would learn to do this preemptive strike – our lives would be radically better, different, and we would find great joy in the adventure.

Our current series is all about discovering our destiny. As individuals and as a ministry – Today we pause just a little bit and share some essentials for finding direction in your life. Think of these as Destiny Directions. Each one builds on something that we have already shared in this series, so this is a good study to reorient, review, and remember as we take the adventure of a lifetime!

Florida Man has been an amazing adventure up to this point – and today is no exception.
Though there are many who are searching for wisdom, there are also those who are not.
The Bible makes it clear that some people simply despise wisdom.
We all have a choice of which path to take.
In order to choose God, we must have an awareness of our position before Him.
That’s when we find wisdom.

Florida Man the Series continues today. If you have been with us, we have discussed how wisdom can be obtained by asking God. What an incredible truth it is to realize that Jesus Christ Himself is our treasure and the provider of our wisdom. But if it so valuable – we want to make sure we know what to do with it. So this session we dive into the deep question…what about the tomato?
