Because it reveals to us some things about God that we need to know. As we come off of the celebration of Easter, we see the love that Jesus has for us and how He has made it possible for us to know Him. So, if He wants us to know Him, we should get to know Him. One of the earliest and most important glimpses we get of God is in the Old Testament in the Tabernacle.
